The Project Manager partners closely with SAE Managers, Account Teams, R&D, COE, Sales, Marketing, Quality, and Operations to ensure customer and internal initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality, enabling engineering leaders to remain focused on technical execution and people leadership. Reporting directly to the SAE Director, this role operates with significant autonomy and cross‑organizational influence, owning end‑to‑end project planning and execution across pre‑sales and post‑sales efforts, including scope definition, milestone tracking, resource coordination, and risk management. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of coordination across functions, driving alignment, accountability, and decision‑making cadence, while proactively identifying and escalating risks.
