We are seeking a Project Manager – Scrum Master to join our team in Iloilo City (Onsite) . This role combines the strategic oversight of project management with the servant leadership of a Scrum Master to ensure the successful delivery of software development projects. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile processes, remove team blockers, and maintain a high‑performing development environment while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at high quality standards .
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
