Job Description
932 Design Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage interior design projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with our Design team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This is a site-heavy role and requires strong organization, decisiveness, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts calmly.
Responsibilities- Project Planning : To develop a comprehensive project plan with project director, including defining project objectives, scope, timeline, and budget. Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and design team to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Budgeting and Cost Control. Work closely with our QS to manage the project budget, , and ensuring adherence to financial constraints. Obtain cost estimates from suppliers and contractors, and negotiate pricing when necessary.
