Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop project construction schedules and manpower requirements based on gathered information.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to client requirements while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Manage and oversee day‑to‑day construction operations and provide timely updates to management.
- Respond promptly to work delays, emergencies, and site issues.
- Ensure compliance with all governmental and building regulations.
- Review contracts and quotations to ensure accuracy and alignment with project scope.
- Conduct site visits for new enquiries and prepare quotations accordingly.
- Communicate project needs, requirements, and schedules clearly to supervisors, team leaders, subcontractors, and suppliers.
