- Establishes the overall project execution policies and procedures in line with Contractor’s management policies.
- Represents Contractor in the execution of the work and maintains official contact with Employer.
- Manages the work so that it can be executed correctly, efficiently, and smoothly to fulfill the duties stipulated in Employer’s specifications within the schedule to achieve satisfactory workmanship.
- Manages all project personnel matters and settles all problems concerning organization, function, and assignment.
- Reports the overall project status to Employer and Contractor’s Project Director.
- Directs the planning and development of the project scope, procedures, budget, and overall schedule.
- Reviews and approves all major change orders and periodically reviews change order controls to determine their adequacy and whether change orders are current and adequate.
