What you will do... Lead and manage all aspects of the project site activities for the ASRS automated warehouse development Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution Lead the sequence of work discussion between ASRS contractor and Main Contractor Ensure the ASRS contractor and specialist comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements Identify project risks and issues early, and implement mitigation strategies Prepare regular project reports, progress updates, and presentations for management Facilitate site meetings, inspections, and coordination sessions with contractors and specialists Drive problem-solving and decision-making on site to prevent delays and cost overruns Ensure all project documentation is maintained accurately for record-keeping and compliance Ensure all project deliverables are meeting tender specifications and meeting company quality standards Facilitate the handove...
