Job Responsibilities
- Support project planning, timelines, and coordination to ensure smooth delivery
- Work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure alignment
- Assist in gathering and documenting business and system requirements (BA exposure is an advantage)
- Support end-to-end system implementation, including SIT, UAT, deployment, and go-live
- Track and manage project risks, issues (Sev 1 / Sev 2), and dependencies
- Coordinate across infrastructure, system, and application teams during execution
- Prepare and present project status reports, including risks and issue updates
- Facilitate meetings, discussions, and solution walkthroughs when required
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and support smooth production rollout
- Work with operations teams for handover and post-go-live support readiness
