Office Near Tai Seng MRT
- Familiar with all the documents submission to relevant government authorities
- Laise with consultants and/ or sub-contractors engaged on the project
- Attend regular meeetings with client/ owner/ contractors/ sub-contractors and ensure the progress is on schedule
- Identify and comply with all applicaable statuary/ regulatory requirements related to project
- Communication to external parties including client, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, etc on project needs, requirements and schedule by means of daily construction oversight
- Plan the work schedule and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet an agreed program of deadlines
- Monitor and manage day-to-day operations of projects, including developing and coodinating activities with other sub-contractors
- Able to read shopdrawings
