Job Description
. Plan, execute, monitor and control project as per contractual requirements. . Liaison with the User, consultants & Authorities on project matters. . Ensure smooth implementation of work progress so project can be completed on time, within budget and meet contractual & safety standards. . Manage suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure compliance in terms schedule and cost. . Monitor construction productivity and provide recommendations for improvement to works. . Preparation of site progress report and necessary documentation. . Ensure that all project documentation including emails exchanges are maintained properly. . Report to top management periodically on status/progress of the project. . Any other duties assigned by management. Requirements - Degree or diploma in Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent. - Minimum 10 Years Experience in similar capacity.
