Job Summary
- Serve as a key point of client contact to ensure delivery of high quality customer service for assigned site. Evaluates service quality and initiates any necessary corrective action in a timely manner.
- Overall administrative role of the local outsourced security team and close liaison to the company which provides the security unit.
- Maintain a positive, professional environment in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures and act to ensure that all staff members understand and comply
- Assists in maintaining Quality in all Security operations and assist in project management for Security Initiate and update policies, procedures and all work instructions.
