PM role is to ensures the hookup tool design is technically sound and compatible with the tool’s requirements;

Work services include; Specialty gases and chemicals like high-purity nitrogen, silane, and ammonia are critical, along with ultra-pure water for wafer rinsing, process cooling water for heat dissipation, and scrubbed or solvent exhaust for safely removing hazardous vapors.

Perform BIM and clash detection help coordinate with Building Information Modeling teams to ensure secondary piping doesn’t interfere with existing cable trays, HVAC ducts, or structural beams. Design approval involves finalizing P&IDs and layout drawings for the “secondary hookup” from the wall or floor box to the tool.
