Job Description
Planning of work and recourses with particular reference to work program to ensure timely progress. Liaise with Design and Technical Department in order to get drawings for construction. Assist project manager to prepare daily/weekly and monthly site reports and submit to the planning department. Attend to technical matters at site by developing solutions to problems with the application of engineering concepts, practices and techniques. Assist and liaise with Approval Department in order to get all the permits to work by local authorities or third parties. Attend weekly progress meetings and prepare minutes of meetings. To liaise with main-con on the day-to-day inspection on site. Close coordination with sub-contractors, supervisors, surveyors, foremen and to ensure active teamwork.
