Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for structural packages involving Bondax composite systems, steel frameworks, and façade elements.
- Coordinate with design, fabrication, and installation teams for metal structural works (e.g. curtain wall, cladding, sub-frames).
- Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients to ensure technical compliance and quality assurance.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, resource planning, and subcontractor performance from award to handover.
- Conduct risk assessments, technical reviews, and system compatibility checks across bonded panel and metal structural components.
- Oversee procurement and logistics planning for specialty materials (e.g., composite metal panels, anchor systems).
- Ensure adherence to local BCA regulations, safety standards, and QMS documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
