- Act as the overall lead for the project and the primary point of contact with client
- Plan, manage, and oversee daily operations
- Ensure compliance with client safety rules, technical specifications, and productivity KPIs
- Manage supervisors, drivers, and site teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Oversee manpower planning, deployment, and continuity (including standby and floater resources)
- Coordinate with internal teams on training, fleet management, and logistics
- Prepare and review reports, KPI submissions, and incident investigations
- Lead risk management, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in rail, track maintenance, or infrastructure works
- Prior experience working with SMRT, LTA, or similar rail authorities is highly preferred
