Project Manager - Social Housing Planned Works Northampton £60k - £68k + Car Allowance / Car + Benefits We are working with a leading Social Housing contractor to recruit an experienced Project Manager to deliver Social Housing refurbishment schemes within tenanted properties, including high rise blocks in Northampton. Projects are predominantly external works including Roofing and Cladding, with some internal works as well such as Kitchens and Bathrooms. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Project Manager with a determined and motivated attitude, who is looking to progress with a market leader. Daily Responsibilities: Manage all day to day operations of the capital improvement programmes.
