What You'll Do Avalara operates across thousands of tax jurisdictions where regulatory changes directly impact customer compliance, revenue continuity, and brand trust. As regulatory complexity and velocity increase, Avalara must operationalize statutory changes. The Sr. Project Manager ensures Avalara is prepared for statutory changes before customer impact occurs. You will guide execution across Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Operations to reduce compliance risk, prevent customer disruption, and protect revenue. You will apply AI to accelerate regulatory analysis, improve coordination, and scale execution. On a daily basis, this leader: Facilitate recurring Statutory Review & Readiness forums, bringing together partners to review upcoming jurisdictional changes, assess operational impact, and guide clear action plans.
