Project Quotation
Involvement in project quotation to support Bid Engineering with the risk analysis and cost and lead-time estimation
Project Initiation
Secure project registration & documentation
Review contract
Secure Handover from Sales (through a Handover meeting called by Sales)
Project Planning
Facilitate contract review by Project Team
Facilitate Internal Project Kick Off Meeting
Technical Review
Facilitate internal technical review (if required)
Technical clarifications with Sales / customer (based on input from the Project Team)
