What The Role Is
As a Project Manager in the Capability Masterplanning Office (CMO), you will play a key role in providing project-related support. You will also liaise with internal and external stakeholders on project management matters.
What You Will Be Working On- Work with the Finance Department to oversee project funding transactions, ensure prompt payments to grant recipients, and act as the main liaison for CMO on all funding-related matters.
- Review and summarize tickets for Integrated Grant Management System (IGMS), ensuring proper follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in the coordination and compilation of documents to facilitate audit processes.
- Manage project calls for returns from internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the CMO in daily operations (e.g. project record keeping and documentation), coordination of activities, and implementation of office initiatives.
