Project Manager Transportation Engineer (Engineering)
Location: Arlington, U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical review, analysis and advisory of proposed transportation programs in developing countries to include proposals, studies, assessments, term of reference, scope and budget.
- Provide written analysis, and other inputs, describing the technical elements of a project identifying factors or considerations that would support the Agency's effort to develop an activity for funding.
- Review project documents, including Terms of Reference and budget, to support the Agency technical understanding and processing procedure.
- Oversign and mobilization of subject matter experts to key projects.
- Development of tools and knowledge management activities to foster information sharing and industry best practices.
- Development and design of program activities.
