Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of ISH & AQC superstructural and finishing works, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee offsite fabrication and delivery of structural elements while managing stakeholders, project teams, and technical coordination for large‑scale integrated or mixed‑use developments.
- Lead project planning, execution, and completion within schedule, budget, and quality targets.
- Develop and monitor construction programmes, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage contracts, project costs, claims, variations, and progress payments.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and authorities.
- Review designs, technical submissions, and resolve constructability issues.
