Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Project Lifecycle Governance & Commercialization Assurance

Seamless Stage-Gate Monitoring & Execution

  • Establish and optimize Stage-Gate process covering project initiation approval, execution, market validation through full commercialization, ensuring seamless handoffs across all stages
  • Monitor project completion rate with real-time tracking of schedule, quality and budget performance, ensuring on-time, on-quality and on-budget delivery with successful commercialization
  • Implement project status reporting mechanism to identify bottlenecks and risks, enable timely intervention and corrective actions, ensuring full process control

    • Systematic Project Intake Information Collection & Assessment
