Job Description
What you’ll be responsible for
1. Task quality & backlog management
- Ensure tasks are properly described before entering a sprint
- Rewrite and finalize tasks after grooming sessions
- Validate:
- requirements
- acceptance criteria
- analytics / events / feature flags
- Maintain a clean and structured Jira environment
2. Bug management
- Handle incoming bug flow
- Independently prioritize most bugs
- Create clear, structured bug tickets
- Track fixes and ensure proper re-testing
3. Release planning
- Build and maintain release plans
- Analyze task statuses, blockers, and dependencies
- Sync with product managers on priorities and timelines
- Ensure releases are structured, predictable, and delivered
