Must Have
- Experience delivery in a tight deadline and high‑pressure environment

- Demonstrated experience in successfully managing complex, multi‑phase projects in a regulated or public sector setting
- Proven ability to meet project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, especially on multi‑year, multi‑million‑dollar projects, multi‑stakeholder engagements
- Skilled in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact project timelines, budget, or deliverables
