Agile Project Management Experience 50%
- 10+ years demonstrated hands‑on Project Management experience managing large complex application development projects
- 7+ years demonstrated experience managing agile/iterative/scrum projects
- 7+ years facilitating and leading ceremonies including daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives and customer journey/story mapping
- Demonstrated experience using issue management tools such as Jira to manage backlogs and sprints
- Experience creating and managing project schedules, project plans, issue/risk logs, status reports and other project management artefacts
- Experience managing project resources by aligning skills/experience to project tasks
- 3+ years experience multiple complex Siebel Public Sector project concurrently
