Program & Delivery Management
- Own and drive delivery planning across multiple agile teams from MVP through subsequent releases
- Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and blockers to ensure smooth delivery execution
- Lead release management activities, including release planning and coordination with Development, QA, and Operations
- Ensure structured scope and requirements management processes
- Provide transparent program status reporting to stakeholders and leadership
Scrum Master & Agile Coaching
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for multiple delivery teams (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
