- A1/A2 Main Contractor + Listed Companies
- Residential and civil projects
- All jobs listed are based in Singapore only.
- For Singaporean citizens only.
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of working experience
- Experienced in HDB / Condominium / Private residential (bungalows and semi-detached / commercial / roadwork projects)
- Overseeing and directing construction projects to completion (end-to-end stage)
- Contribute to project planning, design and technical specifications for tenders
- Involvement in the preparation of tender documents for the bidding of projects
- Attend relevant meeting sessions with owner/clients/contractors
- Coordinate and direct workers and subcontractors
