Project Officer

Duties

Monitor all contracts and Supervise staff of the event

Liaise with services contractors and arrange procurement of goods and services for the event

Coordinate returns and requirements of all sub-committees of the event and assist in distribution of resources

Assist in rehearsal and actual run down of various ceremonies of the event

Attend to public enquirers and complaints

Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements
Degree, Fresh Graduate are welcomed; Relevant experience in event, exhibitions, operations
