Your Housing Group has a fabulous opportunity for a Project Officer who is passionate about supporting vulnerable young people.
Ravenhead Foyer is a supported housing project for 32 young people aged 16-25 and offers them the opportunity to make progress in their lives, to build resilience and meet their aspirations.
As a Project Officer, you will play a key role in supporting residents to help them achieve their goals, develop independent living and life skills and build excellent relationships with residents, colleagues and professionals from external agencies.
