Job Description
Develop and monitor detailed project schedules in consultation with the project team, ensuring alignment with master construction programme and contractual milestones. Coordinate and obtain inputs from engineering teams, site construction teams, systemwide contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to support the development of integrated project programmes. Prepare progress forecasts and rolling programmes, systems installation, testing & commissioning (T&C), and handover activities. Coordinate with client's planner on programme and progress matters Update, track, and report project progress against approved baseline schedule and key milestones. Monitor and control progress to ensure turnover, sectional completion, and cost performance are in line with the master construction programme. Ensure project orders and deliveries are in accordance with agreed schedules.
