Job Description
Develop master plan schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet Contract requirements.Support Project Manager in integrating subcontractors programs into the master plan schedule.Manage site workers and sub-contractors to ensure work is completed according to given budget, timeline and quality.Monitor and analyze project effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative tools.Monitor schedules and critical activities as well as provide early warnings to project team.Identify project risk and execute action plan to mitigate.Gather actual data, update project schedule and develop reliable schedule forecast with support from project team.Prepare short and long terms resource allocation plans based on input from all key players and project team.Highlight and identify areas of delay as well as propose migration measure or recovery plan.Prepare / Review EOT claims to client and form...
