Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project quality plans.
- Define quality objectives, KPIs, and acceptance criteria for projects.
- Participate in project kick-off meetings.
- Support new product development and NPI activities.
- Coordinate First Article Inspection (FAI), PPAP, and validation activities.
- Monitor project deliverables.
- Conduct FMEA to identify and mitigate potential quality issues.
- Track and manage non-conformance reports (NCR) and ensure timely closure.
- Perform root cause analysis using tools such as 8D, 5 Why, and Fishbone Diagram.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address project-related quality issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality.
- Coordinate with supplier quality and process teams to ensure material and process readiness.
