Purpose & Objectives Ensures compliance with contractual, regulatory, and Employer quality requirements Provides independent oversight of EPC contractor QA/QC activities Ensures defect prevention, early issue identification, and effective resolution Supports controlled and predictable commissioning and project close-out Key Responsibilities Establish and manage the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) aligned to Employer requirements Review and approve Contractor Project Quality Plans (PQP) Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and Method Statements Ensure compliance with applicable standards, specifications, and contractual obligations Enforce quality control processes across all disciplines (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) Monitor and oversee Contractor QA/QC implementation on site Ensure correct application of hol...
