The Role
This is a pivotal front-end role that sits at the heart of our business. You will be the first point of contact for new enquiries, responsible for turning leads into accurate quotations quickly and professionally. You will work closely with the company director and our technical team to ensure every project is well-scoped, correctly priced,and smoothly handed over to operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage incoming enquiries across WhatsApp, email, and other channels — qualify, categorise, and prioritise promptly so no opportunity is missed
- Coordinate site measurement scheduling with our technical team and ensure all measurement data is captured accurately in written form
- Prepare quotations and bills of quantities (BOQ) for a full range of aluminium windows, doors, and louvre systems including Aneeta and Breezway products
