Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
- Coordinate internally with operations, workshop, logistics, and procurement teams
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, transporters, and customers
- Monitor project schedules, deliveries, and coordination timelines
- Support sales team in customer follow-ups and project closures
- Coordinate project handovers to operations and logistics teams
- Maintain accurate quotation, project, and customer records
- Assist with invoicing and payment follow-ups when required
- Ensure responsive communication and smooth project execution
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Construction, Logistics, or related fields
