Job Position: Project Sales Executive (Renovation Project)
Salary Up To RM6000
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Job Requirements:
- Drive sales and marketing efforts, including identifying potential customers and projects.
- Initiate customer visits, perform site surveys, prepare sales proposals, quotations and contracts.
- Follow up and engage in negotiation with customers while ensuring compliance to Company's pricing policies.
- Build and maintain strong customers relationships while supporting customers in their project requirements and enquiries.
- Discover customers needs and offer solutions of companys services and products to them
Job Requirements:
- At least a Diploma or Degree in any field of studies or Business studies / Marketing.
- Experience in liaising with Contractor, and Building Owner will be an added advantage.
