Job Description
Responsibilities: Plan and implement competitive strategies to achieve substantial growth in the sales and market shares Identify new and emerging opportunities in the market and strategically tap them to promote a new product line Compile market intelligence such as competitors' pricing, new product launches and competing activities as well as information on new players Establish and manage clientele base and maintain a good working relationships with customers (eg. developers, architects, contractors, etc) Work with architects in setting specifications for both commercial and residential projects Plan and participate in trade fairs/exhibitions to promote maximum brand exposure Attend to all project tender documentation and translation if necessary Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts on the 'Project' and 'Distributor' sectors Attend to site inquiries and render technical assistance upon request by clients
