Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed unit cost analysis for both materials and labor for use in bid preparations.
- Estimate scopes in the Bill of Quantities using bid plans and findings during site inspection. Determine scopes that need to be raised with clients.
- Identify work items and special materials for quotation from suppliers.
- Coordinate with project management team, suppliers, partner contractors, and client matters that need to be addressed for project completion.
- Implement and supervise works execution
- Document project accomplishment through photos and quantify progress for project monitoring and reporting.
- Prepare progress billing forms and other documents
