Job Description
Responsibilities Assist in the overall execution of site works and ensuring timely progress of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly on project status Monitor the work progress on daily basis and push for work progress with the appointed subcontractors Assist to prepare internal and external reports pertaining to project status Evaluate project progress and prepare detailed reports Collaborate with design team and engineers regarding the design and cutting lists and shop drawings Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques Assist to obtain required permits and licences Ensure compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports Timely submission of progress claims to the client/main-contractor Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibili...
