Protech Site Services are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to join the team of a luxury residential developer with site located in Greenwich, London.
The current project will involve the division and conversation of a traditional historic building into 7 high‑end units whilst preserving the original façade.
Due to the unique nature of this development experience with luxury developments is required. The developer has a pipeline of further projects and plans to increase their yearly output.
Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day running of the site.
- Managing all activity to ensure the successful implementation of the build program.
- Maximising the performance of all site personnel and all outside contractors
- Ensuring best practices with regard to Health and Safety and Fire prevention
