Job Description
Responsibilities
- Implement plans and tactics to effectively manage the sourcing activities, issue RFQ, conduct bid analysis, issue PO related to the assigned portfolio of projects to maximize supplier performance, cost, quality, and lead time during project execution.
- Activities mentioned will be applicable to tendering phase, project execution phase, and general segment sourcing.
- Implement sourcing plans with the goal of assuring specified quality, required delivery times, and minimizing the total cost of the products and services.
- Arrange and lead supplier communications by being single point of contact for the Company during sourcing activities of an assigned equipment service.
- Conduct RFI, Q, P (Request for Information, Quotation information, Proposal) and bidding processes minimizing risk and maximizing value in terms of quality, delivery, and cost.
