- Assists the Project Engineer in the regular monitoring of manpower on site, materials and equipment.
- Generates and maintains relevant files including required records from Operations, Motorpool, Human Resources, and Warehouse:
- Daily Time Record (DTR), Overtime Slip, Leave Form
- Operating Time Record (OTR), Trip Ticket, Fuel Issuance Slip
- Quarry Form, Delivery Receipt, RMC (during onsite concrete batching)
- Coordinates with respective heads for the following issues and concerns on site:
- Manpower
- Repairs and maintenance of equipment and facilities
- Equipment parts and materials
- Construction materials
- Safety and security
- All other project site related concerns
- Submits all required reports/records on time to concerned Departments.
- Monitors time in and time out of all project site personnel including overtime activities.
