Job Summary
Supervise the daily operations and performance of the team in processing applications for claims/benefits/appeals and refund cases for Paid Leave Schemes and ensure that claims are processed in accordance with the stipulated policies and guidelines so that claimants are compensated fairly, consistently and timely.
Key Responsibilities- Performance Management – Achieve operational goals and key performance indicators that are aligned to the organisation’s overall strategic objectives and ensure that monthly reports are submitted timely.
- Operation Management – Implement the approving guidelines to ensure staff processing all claims and payments to customers are timely and accurate and in accordance with stipulated policies and guidelines.
