Responsibilities:
- Supervise site works including hacking, brickwork, tiling, plastering, waterproofing, and general finishes
- Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate closely with lift contractor and other trades to meet project schedule
- Enforce Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements and safe work practices
- Monitor work quality, especially lift shaft alignment, structural works, and tiling finishes
- Track site progress, prepare reports, and resolve site issues promptly
- Liaise with project team, subcontractors, and residents to minimize disruption
