The Project Coordinator supports Project Manager by handling tasks such as coordinating project activities, tracking progress, managing schedules and maintaining proper documentations to ensure project completion on time, within the scope and specifications and within the budget and resources allocated.
Responsibilities- Participate in project meetings both internal and external and propose improvements if necessary
- Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions with technical specialists or the various stakeholders
- Plan and manage deliverables, project schedules and new information
