Job Description
Job Title: Customer Support Specialist
Location: On-site – Wappingers Falls, NY
Schedule: 35 hours per week
Employment Type: Ongoing role
Pay: 20/hr
Training & Work Schedule
This position begins with an on-site training schedule of 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, for approximately 90 days.
After completing training, the role transitions into the team schedule of 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday (35 hours/week).
