Job Description This position is for Office ofIntegrated Information Technology Services (IITS). Device as a Service (DaaS) project
Manage the increasing volume of requests and ensure timely execution of project-related tasks. Collaborate closely with stakeholders and the appointed vendor to identify existing assets due for technical refresh. Handle first-level inquiries from various departments and schools, addressing diverse historical scenarios and providing appropriate guidance. Monitoring the appointed vendor service delivery to ensure it meets the contract expectations. Contract Staff PC Allocation
Manage the allocation of PCs for contract staff (new hires and replacements). Coordinate with the DaaS vendor to ensure all contract staff receive their devices on time. Maintain tracking and documentation for equipment distribution.
