Job title: Projects Director – CAT A & B Fit-Outs
Location: Central London
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of multiple CAT A & B fit-out schemes across London, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion with the highest quality standards.
- Manage project teams, including Project Managers, Site Managers and Commercial Managers etc.
- Serve as the key client liaison, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
- Oversee all project phases – from pre-construction through to handover.
- Provide strategic leadership, programme oversight, risk management, and commercial awareness across the portfolio.
- Drive health & safety, sustainability, and innovation in delivery.
