- Coordinate inspection schedules and technical assessments.
- Monitor repair quality and compliance with marine standards.
- Lead technicians and allocate daily work assignments.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot propeller-related mechanical issues.
- Maintain maintenance records and service reports.
- Coordinate with vessel owners, engineers, and project teams.
- Propeller Maintenance – Knowledge of repair and balancing procedures.
- Marine Engineering – Understanding of marine propulsion systems.
- Technical Inspection – Ability to identify wear and damage.
- Team Supervision – Managing technicians and contractors.
- Safety Compliance – Ensuring adherence to marine safety standards.
