This role is ideal for professionals with experience managing the accounting and financial reporting for commercial or residential real estate portfolios. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial records, supporting budgeting processes, and helping to maintain compliance with internal and external requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Prepare and maintain general ledger entries related to property operations.
+ Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings for assigned properties.
