Conduct thorough title searches, examine title commitments, and resolve any title issues or discrepancies. Prepare and review closing documents, including title affidavits, endorsements, and settlement statements. Coordinate with title companies, lenders, attorneys, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction closings. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices throughout the acquisitions process.
